Refund Policy

1. Error in Donation: If a donor feels that they have made an error in the donation amount, purpose, or any other parameter, we kindly request that they inform KEEN ABOUT FUTURE FOUNDATION as soon as possible by emailing the details to info@kafngo.org. We are committed to rectifying any such errors requested by the donor whenever possible, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all transactions.
2. Cancellation of Donation: Should a donor wish to cancel their donation, we request that they notify us within 24 hrs of making the donation. Upon receiving such notification, KEEN ABOUT FUTURE FOUNDATION will promptly process the refund of the donation amount. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our donors’ requests with efficiency and respect.
3. Upto 7 working days required for refund of donation money.
