Cancellation Policy

At  KEEN ABOUT FUTURE FOUNDATION., we understand that circumstances may change, and donors may need to cancel their donation. We strive to accommodate our donors’ requests with efficiency and respect. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Notification: Should a donor wish to cancel their donation, we request that they notify us within 24 hours of making the donation. Notification can be provided by emailing us at info.kafngo.org or by contacting our support team through other available channels.
2. Processing Refund: Upon receiving notification of the cancellation,  KEEN ABOUT FUTURE FOUNDATION will promptly process the refund of the donation amount. We are committed to ensuring that refunds are processed in a timely manner to minimize any inconvenience to our donors. Total time for refund of donation we take 7 working days.
3. Confirmation: Once the refund has been processed, we will send a confirmation email to the donor to acknowledge the cancellation and provide details of the refunded amount. We strive to maintain transparency and open communication throughout the cancellation process.
